High Upload Bandwidth/Speeds: Symmetrical/FTTH Fibre Internet Required (ASAP/Urgent)

Seeking Advice

I've been looking for an ISP that provides high bandwidth upload speeds (symmetrical/FTTH Fibre) in Calgary, but it seems that most areas do not offer it. I live in the heart of Kensington/Hillhurst which is just baffling to me that Upload bandwidth is hard-capped at 10% the Download speeds. The best options are currently TELUS 3.0 GBps PureFibreX, TELUS 5.0 GBps Business, and Shaw/Rogers 4.0 GBps. None of them are available. The maximum is a measly 250 MBps Upload w/ 2.5 GBps via Shaw/Rogers Business or 0.2 GBps Upload for consumer Fibre (2 GBps Download).

I absolutely require decent uploading bandwidth for my online businesses and upcoming work term with Chainanalysis as a Blockchain/DeFi Intelligence Analyst and Data Solutions Architect. I also require it for my own personal needs with a full home NAS setup for Roon.

Any advice, insight, and/or feedback is appreciated. It seems that only "new" neighborhoods offer symmetrical FTTH Fibre in Calgary right now due to networking infrastructure issues. What are should I be looking for if I'm currently paying $2k/mo for rent at a decent house in Kensington?
