Holy sh** diving into new tools while running a business! How do you choose?

Starting a business was like jumping into the deep end of a pool without knowing how to swim. when I started, I made so many mistakes - like thinking I could manage everything myself. I overworked and overlooked. one thing I learned is the importance of delegating. Hiring a good accountant early saved my sanity, really.

Recently, I've been trying to make sense of all these new tools flooding the market that promise to help maximize our time and efforts. For content, I've tried CapCut for quick editing and Notion to keep track of ideas and tasks. And there's this neat tool called HypeCaster.ai I've been experimenting with. It’s awesome for turning rough ideas into short clips with scripts and visuals. Perfect for pushing some faceless content on TikTok without too much hassle.

But there’s a catch - trying all these new things sometimes stretches me thin. Balancing test drives of new tools while running daily operations is a challenge. How do any of you decide what to incorporate and what to skip? Do you have your go-to tools that have truly made a difference?
