Idk whats wrong with me !!

Bottom line is iv had an upset stomach last week monday, it didnt last much , iv vomitted once but after that no other symptoms really other than some gas and burping from time to time but what worries me is that my stomach feels full most of the day and when i eat food nothing happens but i eat just because it is time to eat for me and nothing else while i do have a gastro appointment tomorrow to check things out have anybody been through something like this where they feel well but just have this symptom?
