Incorrect Trade-In Credit

Hi y’all. Sorry if this has already been asked and I missed it, but I’m on a Go5G+ plan with 9 lines and I traded in 4 iPhone 14 Pro Max(es) ranging from 256GB to 512GB. This was for the iPhone 17 Pro Max.

I just got the confirmation text that the devices were received (took a while) and for some reason the credits are showing as $630 for one of my 256GB 14s and $310 for the rest (incl. two 512s). Promo is shown as R298 on the $630 and R297 on the other three $310.

Not sure why the discrepancy. All were done at the exact same time at the TMobile kiosk in Sam’s Club.

Anyone have experience with this? Will it correct itself or do I have to chase them down?
