How to find On Site Property Manager

Hi All,

I’m in the Minneapolis/ Saint Paul area and I am looking for an on site property manager to manage my 8 bedroom duplex in exchange for reduced rent.

How did you find your on site property manager and do you have any tips?

Thanks!
