Downloading Instagram Information

I am currently looking to look through the people I follow and see who does not follow me back so I know who I’d like to unfollow. I usually do not do this. I don’t think I’ve went on a mass unfollowing spree in 2-3 years. I’m a business owner/content creator and am going through a huge rebrand right now, so that’s why I’m interested in doing this.

I’ve been told I can download my information and plug it into ChatGPT to see. I haven’t tried this before, I don’t use Chat often so I’m interested in seeing if it’ll work. I am in the process of exporting my information now, it’s been about an hour. I’ve heard it usually takes awhile. I was wondering if anyone else has tried doing this before and if so, how long did it take you to receive your exported data?

Also does anyone have any recommendations for how to check who follows you/who does not that WONT ban my account lol? Thanks for reading!
