Do ADHD meds affect HRT?

When I started titration on Ritalin extended release, it felt that my perimenopause symptoms came back, and even after I stopped them (after 17 days of titration because of side effects), I feel that it’s taking a while for my HRT to work again.

Does this make sense to anyone?
