It’s been 4 days since my kitten has been spayed and she has started vomiting.

My kitten has been acting like her normal maniac self. All except she has vomited about 4 times. This did not start until day 4. It’s hard to believe it is because of the medication because it’s been 4 days? And also she has been having zoomies since day 2. She is eating fine, I wonder if it’s eating and running around right after. Should I be concerned?
