What are these parts a copy of?

As we know, most of the mod parts that we have access to are copies from production models. A rolex case and bezel here, an omega dial there etc etc.

One of the things I try to do is to build so that the completed mash up does not resemble to closely to a read production watch. This may involve using a clone case or dial but in a color that was never released.

However, to do that, one must know what the part I'm looking at is a clone of, if it is one. Seasoned watch collectors may know right off the bat, but I don't have that experience unfortunately.

The situation is a little more pressing recently, because I've been asked to look into building a series for my team at work to mark the completion of a major project. It's important to know the providence of the design of each part so that it could be communicated if asked.

So I reach out to ask two questions:
1.) What are some guides/catalogues I can flip through to accelerate my knowledge? (ex for Seiko)
and
2.) What Dial is this watch from?
