Netherland visa - 45 days - No reply

Hello, I need advice share how it went with a similar experience :

I applied for a Netherlands visa type C on 15 September, so it's about 46 days for processing, still no sign, and the tracking website is still showing 'Under Process in the Hague'.

I sent a missing document on 23 September, the consulate replied that it's well received, but other than that I have nothing

What should I do? This is a bad thing ? You think they will ever reply ?
