Anyone else getting this server error on Sora with character cameos from uploads? (500 VIE / EWR)

Every time I try to make or retake a character cameo it says “The server is having problems. Please try again later. (500, something-VIE or something-EWR)”.

I only tried using a VPN but it still happens. It worked before, now it just fails every time.
