Elementalist Wander Left Side Tree

I'm thinking of starting and an Ele Wander but to focus more on the left side of the tree. My goal here is to potentially transition into a block based Aegis variant of some sort, especially after the nerfs to suppress.

The problem here is that I am not a good build maker and I can't seem to make it work without significant jank. Does anyone have any ideas for something like this? Maybe someone smarter than me managed to put together a good PoB for this sort of thing
