Bad irreversible side affects to estrogen?

I FINNALY talked to my therapist about maybe the option of starting hormon blockers and un the future starting taking estrogen. She said something thats pretty valid and I thoguht that I was like educated on but I wanna be sure. What are the irreversible effects of taking t-blockers and more importantly estrogen. More importantly ofc the bad side affects because I feel like when we all started watching and learning about that stuff when we first started (which is where I am rn) we just saw the good side affects like new body fat redistribution and stuff liek that but what are the bad stuff. And not like that if yoy don’t use your magic wand yoy loose it like actual stuff? Any answers will help me PLEASEEE
