My (33F) husband (33M) for 4 years told me to shut up, what to do?

My (33F) husband (33M) for 4 years told me to shut up and to keep my opinions only for myself after I told him to wipe-off the dirt on his slipper before entering the car because he stepped on something smelly.

Something in my head keeps saying this relationship isn’t anymore healthy. I feel unseen, unheard and uncared. Now he told me to shut up out of nowhere. I told him it isn’t an opinion. It’s a no-brainer for someone who stepped on something smelly. It really did caught me off guard.

Prior to that I was just talking about the global crisis happening now while we were on our way to my mom’s house. I did all of the talking, and like his usual way responded by nodding or giving a one liner “oh”.

We actually rarely talk because he works 6a-3pm. Go home and eat for a while then sleep. We don’t have kids. He is always on his phone or computer.

I didn’t told anyone even my friends and family. It’s the forst time that I posted about this here in reddit because I really needed to hear someone’s take on this..
