Should I buy a 3.5 Marla House in Edenabad Lahore

I am looking for house options in Lahore within 1CR and this society popped up - I moved to Lahore 5 years back from Karachi and currently reside near Pine Avenue on Rent.

I need to know from Local people in Lahore is this a Safe Purchase ? The agent told me you cant bank lease it for some reason and i think thats sort of a red flag to purchase

My main reason is residence and not investment

I dont want it to turn into another Khayaban E Amin or Park View type.

For reference Edenabad is right behind the Q Street project/site office near lake city.
