Night weaning 19 month old

I'm looking for any suggestions for help in the process of night weaning my 19 month old daughter. She has never slept through the night and demands "MIK" when she wakes during the night. I bought the book "Nursies when the sun shines" but say milk instead because that word weirds me out. I haven't fully dived into try to wean yet but want to prepare and have read it to her a few times. I feel like she is pretty understanding of all that we talk about but I am nervous as it is just so easy to put her back to sleep with the breast.

I haven't gotten adequate sleep in at least 19 months so it's dragging on me and this morning my husband said it was frustrating because it affects everything else. You're telling me! lol but seriously, we need help lol.
