Advice needed 🙏🏻

Okay, so I got around 100 bighas of land in my village ..In some part of the land more than 2500 sagwan tree is planted (8-9 years ago I guess) ... In some years I'll leave my hometown and for now I'm not at all interested in being a full time farmer, so how can I use that land in future to generate maximum income without much efforts of mine ... I'm a newbie and I'm just seeking some advice. Thankyou !
