Elopement Venues for 8 People

My partner and I are eloping in January and we are looking for a place to do the marriage license signing and get some photos taken of the day. We are trying to keep the spending on the venue under 550 and would only need the location for 1-2 hours. The aesthetic my partner is looking for is vintage, gothic, ethereal, romantic, or medieval. I know this is a tough ask but if anybody has a reccomendation I would appreciate the help!
