Self employed insurances?

Hi folks. Anybody here who’s in private practice pay into long-term disability? Short-term disability? Things like that as I contemplate leaving my full-time job and expanding my private practice I’m figuring out health insurance and I think paying into additional Social Security tax outside of just my quarterly state and federal.
