How long does it take for requests to be fullfilled here?

Hi everyone, I’m new here and wanted to ask: does anyone know how long it usually takes for requests to be fulfilled on this subreddit? Also, where can I see the result or an update about my request after posting it? Also can we post multiple requests at once? Thanks for your help!
