Suggestion: Bug Reporting & Technical Issue Section Stickied at the Top

I know we have the official EA forums for this, but maybe we could get a sticky at the top here for those who do not visit the EA forums. This would make sure that reported issues weren't lost amongst all the various other posts in this subreddit. If feedback is invaluable, why not offer us a dedicated section at top to provide it? I think this would be a great idea!
