Engraving on painted cylindrical items

Im looking to do “mass” engraving on the same cylindrical item (water bottle) painted stainless steel.

Same size, same placement, same item, different “name”.

My budget is 2000-2500 USD.

I won’t be doing cutting etc.

What should I chose? I am fairly technical. Operating system is MacOs.
