Question about Netflix

So I just bought Netflix w Hexacard which means I paid with turkish price. but when i try to use it without vpn is says "your account cannot be used in this location netflix". So i assume its region locked cuz when I use turkish VPN it works. my question is how long will it stay like this or is it forever?
