My (M19) girlfriend (F19) supports BTS members deeply but doesn’t show the same support toward me — it’s making me feel confused and unappreciated. How do I talk to her about it?

So yesterday, I asked my girlfriend, “You like the stories of BTS members — why?”

She said, “That’s my way of showing them support, since they’ve helped me through their songs and everything. Even though it’s in Korean, I translate it and understand it. They helped me through rough times.”

Her reasoning was understandable, but then I asked, “If that’s the case, why don’t you like or react to my stories when I post something?”

She replied, “I only like the stories I actually like. Some of them just aren’t to my taste.”

So I said jokingly, “Just like them, you could support me too, right?”
And she said, “Do you get money out of it?”
I said, “No.”
Then she replied, “Then what support?”

That kind of threw me off — I didn’t expect that answer.

Later, she also said, “I admire BTS the most, and I’ll always admire them the most. There’ll be no one equal to them ever for me. It’s always them I’ll admire the most.”

Also, because a few days ago I asked her, “Do you admire them more than me?”
She said, “I love you, but it’s bigger than admiration.”

That confused me even more. I told her prior to this convo that I have a fear I’ll never be her first priority or get the same level of respect that I should in a relationship. She responded, “If you want priority over Bangtan, you won’t get it.”

We’ve been together for about 1.5 years, and she has said before that she wouldve committed suicide if I hadn’t come into her life — so I know I mean a lot to her. But hearing things like this makes me feel uncertain about where I stand emotionally.

I don’t want to come off as jealous or insecure — I genuinely want to understand how to talk about this without sounding like I’m trying to control her passions.

How should I bring this up in a healthy way?
