Today’s pop in NXXT isn’t just about candles; it’s about a narrative that finally clicks. A 300-acre warehousing build is basically “energy problems at scale.” You’ve got roof acreage for solar, fleets that want charging, cold storage and automation that hate outages, and tenants that obsess over predictable costs. An integrated microgrid + battery + software stack makes intuitive sense there. Add wireless EV charging for yard trucks/fleets and legacy diesel via EzFill until the mix transitions, and the pitch reads like a case study Wall Street can understand.

On the chart, you can see how quickly price traveled through FVGs from the mid-$1.80s to the high-$1.90s - thin float plus a fresh headline is enough to pull in momentum funds, day traders, and curious longs. The interest is also part “what if”: if these MOUs convert into financed projects, you’re not selling boxes - you’re selling power under long contracts. That’s a different business model than a fuel drop.

Is it done and dusted? No - MOUs are not revenue. But the direction is clear and the market loves direction. That’s why the tape reacted the way it did. Keep $2 as your line in the sand and let the price tell you who’s in control. DYOR.
