Client not showing up at drop off?

So what do yall do when a client doesnt communicate any delays and hasn't shown up yet. I know its been an hour but I have drop-in clients to take care of and feel very disrespected of my time. I did try calling them but it goes straight to their voice mail. I've had clients be a bit tardy or at least tell me theyre late, but this is the longest and counting still.
