PS4 -> PS5 Free Upgrade still possible?

Hey, I was looking to save ~$10 by buying the PS4 disc version of this game. Does anyone know if the free upgrade is still available? Thank you!

I played a bit on my steam deck when I had it and really enjoyed it, would love to do a full play thru on the big screen.
