Loud PSU fan

Hi everyone,

I recently built a new PC in a Lancool 216 case.
For the power supply, I went with a beQuiet! Pure Power 13 850W.

All the fans run silently when the system is idle.

However, the PSU fan is noticeably loud.
The noise sounds like a constant whooshing, similar to the sound of water flowing through a radiator when you turn it on.

My old power supply was also from beQuiet, but it was many years older — and completely silent.
From a brand called “beQuiet,” I would actually expect a quiet PSU.

Has anyone had similar experiences?
Did I just get a bad unit and should return it?
