Which celehypo to choose?

So, I've got my Phraesto, my Twins, my Harak, and my Talene all S+25, and my Reinier M+10. I've been hoarding scam gazers for the next meta unit, but he/she just does not seem to drop. 440 gazers and 180k guild coins burning in my pocket - should I go Baelran, even though I have Harak, for DR? Saida for the AFK stages and stall pvp, or Mehira for the same?

Looking for any advice at all. Thanks in advance. Main focus: PvE in all senses of the word
