How do I tell my husband that his lack of hygiene is disgusting?

Without being a total B word?

He works two jobs including a graveyard shift which I am extremely grateful for and I do understand that he is often very tired and lacking energy, but it takes less than 5 minutes for him to shower. He only showers once per every two WEEKS and I can’t deal anymore. It’s so gross. He also doesn’t brush his teeth everyday. He thinks my sex drive is low but the truth is I just don’t want to kiss him or have sex with him like that 😭😩

What do I say? He wasn’t like this when we were dating and early on in our marriage.

TL;DR Husband only showers once every two weeks and doesn’t brush teeth daily, how can his wife communicate to him how nasty this is without being a total B word about it?
