Downtown on Sundays?

Hi! I grew up in Oakville but live in Burlington now but I'm trying to plan a day with a friend on a Sunday and was thinking we would maybe do a few things downtown. Thinking pedis at Ten Spot, afternoon tea at Nyla's and maybe some other browsing around. Are most of the shops open on Sundays? Any other activities/fun spots to check out on a Sunday afternoon?
