girl from work is obsessed with me after bodyshaming me

i met her one day at work when i had to put back products to the aisles. she kept telling me im stupid and had an instance where she said she was 21 and suddenly said she was 19 hours after. then she gaslit me saying she never said she was 21.

i tried avoiding her but she would always come to me trying to talk to me.

i was too nice and i didnt know what to do but i knew i never wanted to become her friend.

recently she has some guy going on and he wants her to gain weight, she said she wanted to become "wide" like me?

when i confronted her she was like "im not as fat (as you) yet."

i even told her that i gained weight from my antipsychotics and she didnt say anything after that.

in the past i almost died from an eating disorder and i have crippeling body dysmorphia at age 24.

i dont want her near me but i told her about aguy from work who played me and now i have the feeling she might use that against me someday. so im incluned to still be nice but try to avoid her.
