Is there a way to check if I received a 5(4) letter?

My application has been in processing since early June and I have seen many people with later applications get their 5(4) offers before me. I know it is likely that I have just been unlucky and was skipped over. However, I am becoming concerned I may have missed the email in my spam or accidentally deleted it. Is there any way to verify that I have not yet received an offer? As far as I'm aware, the old tracker looks the same either way.
