The next democratic administration should do something about the debt ceiling and government shutdowns.

As stated, when the next democratic administration comes in to power, they should 100% remove the debt ceiling and do something like ACRs to avert government shutdowns. I simply do not trust politicians anymore or a certain party to keep the debt ceiling in check and not cause the world economy to collapse.
