Change citizenship certificate option

I applied for citizenship in March 2025. At the time of applying, I opted for a virtual ceremony and a physical citizenship certificate. Later, for a variety of reasons, I decided I should, instead, get an electronic citizenship certificate. I contacted IRCC via their web form to request a change of option. However, I received a canned response from an agent, not answering my request specifically but giving me general information about the oath ceremony and citizenship certificate (what a waste of resources from IRCC's end to have agents hired to send out meaningless replies to web form submissions).

At this time, the online tracker shows status of citizenship ceremony as "Not started". All else was updated as completed on Sept 23, 2025.

So how can I change my option of citizenship certificate from physical to electronic? Is it possible to so at the time of the oath ceremony?
