Bottle bomb/ bottling

I’ve bottled the last few days. And there are bubbles sitting stationary in the brews (not moving/active) , my gravity readings have maintained the same numbers for over a week. However, when I bottled them and cracked one a good amount of air came out? I’ve read online there is still potential for a bottle bomb? Has anyone still had one after properly stabilizing?
