Samsung Galaxy S23 Not Charging... WTF!! Samsung

My S23 refuses to charge when plugged and it takes on average 20 or more tries for it to get to charge.

PS: Sorry for the blurry/shaky video, I was recording with an older phone in the other hand while trying to charge the phone.

PS: I've never had any previous phone do this to me. I've owned Pixels, iPhones, Sony Xperias and even Nokia Lumia phones. This S23 is almost 2 years old now, and was purchased new back in 2023.
