After 30, growing a business can feel more like a balancing act

Discussion

In my journey of working with different business owners, I’ve noticed something interesting. Many who’ve built good, profitable businesses often reach a stage in their 30s where things start to feel stuck.

As the business grows, the need to scale also increases, and that mostly means hiring the right people, especially for sales.

But that’s where the challenge starts. After a certain point, they also want to spend more time with their families. And finding, training, and managing good sales talent isn’t always easy. Sometimes the sales setup just doesn’t click, no matter how much effort goes in.

It’s a common challenge, trying to grow the business while keeping a balance in personal life.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Always good to share experiences and learn from each other.
