Unkillable Lictor?
So this is my second time posting here and this time it will be rather short. I was just playing a quick match on Ruthless difficulty on Operation 09: Exfiltration and I experienced something unusual. I was just trying out some build variant and wanted to see how my new drip looks like and no, it was not a stratagem, it was a completely normal operation.
So there I was on the second part of the map when you go down the elevator. I took a right turn while my teammates went left. I took my time and looked out for anything useful while also fighting off some Majoris enemies, and when I used the stim I found there, I noticed one of my teammates had fallen behind and his health was dropping lower and lower, like he was in a big fight.
I made my way toward him and even pinged him to make the other teammate understand that he was in trouble. For context, I have a fully maxed-out (with prestige and all) Assault with the block variant of the hammer, and I gave the Lictor two ground pounds and two charged heavy attacks, and he didn’t even flinch.
In the end we had to move and fight at the same time, and there you see three Space Marines beating the living shit out of a Lictor who just doesn’t care at all, like he wasn’t affected by anything. No perfect block, no perfect parry with gunstrikes, nothing seemed to make him move until at one point he just dropped dead.
So my guess is that the Bulwark had “Defensive Mastery” active, which must have triggered his death at some point, but otherwise I believe we would have died there. Now I wanted to ask you guys if this is a common bug or if anyone else has experienced something like that?
Another a little thing I wanna add here is that I had a short chat with that teammate, and he told me he was fighting the Lictor for about two minutes and perfect parried like ten times before his health started to drop really low... right until I showed up. Which basically means, while the other guy and I were casually moving around, this poor dude was there fighting for his life hahahah.
