Yas Marina circuit bike ride

Hey everyone!
I’ll be in Abu Dhabi from November 12–16. I’m an F1 fan and found out that on November 13 and 14, from 6–8 a.m., you can cycle on the Yas Marina Circuit. Unfortunately, it looks like you need your own bike.

Does anyone know where I could rent a bike just for those 2 hours? Do I also need to bring a helmet?
Has anyone here done this ride before and can share what the experience is like?
