Any advice for someone who got offered a job out of the field.

I’ve been in the field for almost ten years, and just got offered a position as a project manager at a different company than the one I’ve been at for the last seven years. The company I’m at currently has been telling me about all these great opportunities I’m going to have, but they have been telling me this for the last two years and nothing has come to fruition. Haven’t even had a pay raise in that time, so I’m starting to feel like I’m being taken advantage of. That’s why I started applying for more leadership/office positions with different companies. Today, I got offered a new job to be a PM with one of the larger companies in my area and am asking for advice or stories from anyone else has gone through this change. It’s a position in the office, so that will be a huge change. Pay is comparable to what I make now, but the benefits are much better. 75% of insurance paid for me and my whole family, 100% match up to 6% for 401k, company vehicle, and an annual bonus based on performance. I would also be going from hourly to salary which is the scariest thing in my eyes, so any advice there is much appreciated. Any and all advice is appreciated from anyone who has made this swap before. Wondering what I should negotiate, any questions, or what other peoples pay/benefits are in this position if you are comfortable sharing that info or maybe some things I may not have though about going from the field to the office.
