Was AI used to make some of these maps?

Is it possible some of these maps have been made with AI assistance? I don’t understand the logic behind the un-openable/breakable doors on Empire State and Manhattan Bridge or the stairs to nowhere on New Sobek City. These design choices make zero sense. With the attention to detail on other parts of the maps, I find it hard to believe that if these parts were purposely placed why the map designers would get lazy and leave them unfinished.
