Affordable brands for gals?

So being in the uk sucks because there are no clothing brands that sell many cute things (for me personally) besides maybe occassionally primark and urban outfitters

Latley ive been very iffy about buying fast fashion and the guilt i feel whenever i buy from a brand like shein is severe and i just feel like its kinda buns in general along side their horrible work ethics

Unfortunatley living in the scottish country side means its very hard to thrift since 90% of thrift shops are filled with clothes that was once someones grandmas and the most ive been able to find was a fur jacket that whilst is 5 sizes too big (another issue is that im an xxs) its super cute and comfy.

So are there any 2nd hand online brands where i could buy cute clothes (i lean more towards the ganguro substyle) from without absolutley draining my unemployed 18 year old ass?
