Can’t believe strangers from Reddit actually showed up and it turned into something real.

Long story short, I’ve been living alone in Bengaluru for a while now, and honestly, meeting people beyond work has been tougher than I expected. Sure, I talk to colleagues and clients almost every day but those are mostly work-related conversations. Friends are around too, but only once in a while do we really get the time to meet, talk, and relive some memories.

Somewhere along the way, Reddit became that space where I found people who shared thoughts, ideas, and even frustrations similar to mine. That’s where this small idea began bringing strangers together offline, just to talk.

If you’re someone who’s an explorer, traveler, or just curious about the world this is for you. We often end up talking about creative things like exploration, mystery, art, and philosophy, or even those late-night thoughts that make you wonder, does this really mean something? Sometimes the conversations even help you plan your next trip, rethink a goal, or get new perspectives on where you want to go next in life.
We call it the Offline Podcast Table a small gathering of 5 to 8 people. No mics, no cameras, no agenda. Just genuine conversations with people who want to connect, listen, and share.
I’m still a bit nervous posting this, but our past two episodes have been surprisingly wholesome we’ve had world travellers, journalists, founders, producers, artists from various fields, and just curious humans come together and talk for hours.
This Saturday, we’re hosting Episode 3 in Indiranagar. Each session has been special in its own way, and from every one, we pick a participant to join the final episode recorded, but still anonymous.

If you’d like to be part of it or just want to know how it works:

And if you’re into music and good energy, we’re also hosting a small club night next week just a space to unwind and connect through sound:

Just sharing this here because it started from Reddit, and I genuinely hope it reaches people who might be looking for the same kind of connection.
