Should I remove or keep my current full-time job when applying for internships?

I am a graduate (10 months out of college) and accepted an uninteresting role with low pay because I was worried I wouldn’t find another job. Seven months into the job, I am applying for internships that target recent graduates but am wondering if I should include my current role or leave it out to maximize my chance of landing the interview (and then explaining my status there).
