Getting +ve replies but still not converting
So I have been getting some positive replies where people are asking for the demo of the service I am offering, but once I send the demo. I don't hear back from them. (The demo is on YT, which I self-recorded and uploaded.)
What could be the reason?
Is this normal? OR Do I have to make some changes?
P.s. I have turned off open rate tracking.
