Brazil Itinerary Help!

Hi guys so I have been in Rio for 4 nights now, the original plan was to head along the coast and visit Ilha Grande for 2/3 nights, Paraty for 3 nights and then fly from Sao Paulo to Iguazu Falls as I move on to Argentina. My problem is that Ilha Grande and Paraty were dependent on good weather and the weather doesn't look great for the next week.

Should I continue with my plan or should I spend the next 5 nights somewhere else in Brazil (suggestions?) with better weather?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
