Derrick Van Orden says Republicans don't deserve to be in the majority if they can't pass a budget.
Heard this from Pat Kreitlow this morning, and I was shocked DVO actually said this back in December.
"When we have unified government, if we can't get our 12 appropriations bills through and a budget passed, then we do not deserve to be in the majority, period."
