Missed period on HRT?

I’m two months into HRT, estradiol patch (.0375) and 100 mg progesterone. Mid 40s and I think just at the start of perimenopause. My first period came a week early right after starting and was a lot longer/heavier but my second one was maybe not even a period at all. Just a little blood one time and then nothing. My midi provider says normal and that it may be even less next time but it was literally one wipe and nothing else. Is this anyone else’s experience? Seems so weird to me. My prior periods were pretty close to regular so it seems wild to have a hard stop. Wondering if I should stop the progesterone.
