Paid but still Unpaid? Has anyone experienced receiving sudden collection emails from GCash? Please help!

Hello! Need your help. To my surprise I found several emails from a collection agency (fusecollections@supportservicesgroup.co) dtd Oct 3, 9,16 & 22 saying that I have an outstanding balance of P22k for Gloan and need to settle ASAP. I dont have any pending payments with Gloan. My last full payment was on April 02 and after that, I never received any new offers from Gloan and my last loan was only P10k and it was fully paid!Gosh! Now I am superduper confused why I suddenly owe P22k?! I already emailed Gcash CS but I haven;t received any response. Has anyone have experiences the same thing? Should I escalate this to BSP or to what govt agency? Got stressed on this! P22k is not a joke! Any advice please. TIA!
